Thanks for visiting my blog. I began journaling about my daily life when I was eleven. Over the years, this has grown to become a way for me to share my thoughts rather than my daily life. I’m pretty open with sharing all the beautiful chaos of life with six children. I have to remind myself to extend grace to myself each and every day! It is my hope that my writings will help others to learn to extend grace to themselves too. After all, if it weren’t for the Grace of God, life would just be messy. I’m so glad that life can instead be a Beautiful Mess and is covered by His Beautiful Grace.

Girl Birthday Cards

And now for the girl birthday cards that I made this month.  I made these using several misc papers that I had in my stash, including the shiny hot pink sheets.  These were made using the Wishes Just Because card workshop, which makes 20 cards.  I precut my card bases from White Daisy cardstock.  I also used honey cardstock, crystal blue cardstock, watermelon ink, crystal blue ink, It's Your Day stamp set (unavailable) and Whimsical Wings stamp set.

These cards were very easy to make and only took a couple of hours, even with kids hanging around.  These card workshops show exactly how to cut your papers, give detailed instructions for putting the cards together and show samples of finished cards.  It makes everything so easy so that you can create many cards all at once to put away for special occasions.
